Select Multiple Jobs on the Map View

We have listened to your feedback:  "Selecting one job at a time to correct unbalanced routes is time consuming!" So we have just made that job easier on you by providing you a tool that allows selecting multiple job pins on the map.

To get started using this new tool, navigate to the Map View on the Schedule.

Once on the Map View, click on the ellipses (...) button and select "Reassign."

Using your mouse cursor, click and hold on a section of the map. Then drag your mouse cursor until you cover the area with the jobs you want to reassign.

Jobs which are selected by the lasso tool will have their job pins highlighted. They will also appear under the "Jobs Selected" list on the left hand side of your screen.

If you selected some jobs by mistake, you can click the trash can icon next to the Customer's Name on the job list.

If you are ready to proceed with reassigning the jobs, click the green Reassign button.

A pop-up will appear which will allow you to move all of the items you've selected. You are able to reassign all jobs you selected to a different driver, date, or both! Jobs will be broken down by type so that you can easily reassign multiple job types at the same time.

Once you've finalized the changes you want to make, you'll be asked to select whether you want these job changes to be made for "Only This Job" or "This and All Following Jobs."

For one time changes, select "Only This Job." For permanent changes to these jobs, select "This and All Following Jobs."

That's it!
