Bill to Site - Recurring Invoices

With this release, users are now able to Bill to a Site/Service Location for recurring invoices!

On the Create Recurring Invoice Page, you'll notice that the Billing Address fields are displayed. When a Customer is selected, the billing address fields auto-populate by default to the Customer Address. Once a Site/Service Location is selected, the check box appears to "Bill to Service Location". 

If the Site/Service Location is the desired address for billing, then check the "Bill To Service Location" box and then Billing Address fields will populate with the Site/Service Address information.

When you Create Next Invoice the previously selected billing address (Customer or Site) will be applied.

Map Week View - Reassign Tool

With this week's release, the Reassign Tool is now available on the Week view of the Map! Like on the Day view, you can select (lasso) multiple sites and reassign the associated jobs, but now you can see the jobs at sites across all the week instead of just a single day. 

All of the information that is available to you by clicking on the Site Pin on the map, is now also available in the Reassign Tool window.

When you select a group of sites, as like with the Day view, they will populate in the left rail. When you click the Reassign Button it will launch the Reassign Window. From here, you will be able to view all of the jobs for each day of the week and reassign those necessary. When reassigning/rescheduling a job you will have the option of only changing the current job or the current job and all future jobs.  

End Rental - Window

A few weeks ago, we released a new feature that would automatically remove all future recurring jobs for a rental when ALL inventory was picked up (pickup job is done with a status of Complete). With today's release, when scheduling the Pickup Job you can choose to remove all recurring service jobs (after the pickup date) at the time of scheduling, or once the Pickup Job is Done with a status of Complete.  As a reminder, Pickup Jobs with that are Done with a status of Partial to Service will not trigger any service jobs to be removed from the Schedule.

Fewer Steps When Recording Payments

With this release, users are now able to enter multiple payments in fewer steps! 

Have a stack of checks to enter into the system? This feature will make it easier! On the Record Payment screen, we've added a button: Next Payment. When a user enters a payment and selects Next Payment, the payment will be submitted and the page will refresh to display a message that the payment has been successfully recorded. The page will retain the Customer Information and Payment Method, making it easy to enter the next payment for that customer. 

Fixed: Schedule Loads Indefinitely After Removing Destination 

We have fixed an issue on the schedule that occurred when the destination was removed, the page continued to load indefinitely.
