How to Use the Sales by Customer Report

To access the Sales by Customer Report, follow these steps:

1. From your ServiceCore Dashboard, click "Reports"
2. Use the search bar to narrow down results or scroll down and click on the "View Report" button for the Sales by Customer Report
3. Use the "Issued At" filter to view total sales within a desired date range.
4. Use the "Division" filter to show total sales by customers linked to a specific division.
5. Hit the "Drop-down" arrow next to columns to sort by your desired sorting preference.

How to Export the Sales by Customer Report

If you'd like to export the report into a CSV or Excel file, follow these steps:

1. Make sure you've set up any filters to narrow results down to just the data you would like to see.
2. Scroll down to the "Details" portion of the report.
3. Hover over any area in the Details portion of the report to bring up the (additional menu name thing here)
4. Click on the 3 Vertical Dots
5. Hover over the "Download >" option.
6. Select your preferred file type.
7. A download will appear with your selected file.
