Remove All Jobs when Ending a Rental

Previously, when ending a Rental, only jobs of the repeat series were programmatically removed. With today's release, we are giving you the option to remove all job types associated with the Rental. You can make this selection checking the checkbox in the End Rental Window.

This value will default to "No" (only remove jobs of the repeat series) and the selection displays under the Rental Details section. 

Remove Recurring Invoice for End Rental Billing in Advance

With this week's release, when you are billing in advance, when ending a rental the recurring invoice template will be removed. This workflow will match what is in place for billing arrears.

If you only bill in advance and your recurring invoices are not being removed when ending a rental, be sure to check that "Generate final invoice when ending rental?" is set to "Yes". If this setting is set to "No", the recurring invoice template will not be removed when ending the rental.

Credit Memo Updates

With this week's release, we are now allowing you to add a Service Location when creating a Credit Memo. Once you select a Service Location, you will be able to add a Rental that is associated with the Service Location (the same as when creating an Invoice). 

Once the Credit Memo is saved, the Service Location will display under the "Remaining Balance" in the "Credit Memo details section. The Rental ID will display below the company information.

Fixes

Service Reminders Dashboard Link Not Opening: We fixed an issue with the Service Reminders link returning you to the Dashboard. The Service Reminders link will now take you to view the Service Reminders.
