How to Request a Change in Ownership

  1.  After logging into Cardpointe - navigate to the support section of CardPointe
  2. Create a ticket for an Ownership change
  3. Click here to download ownership change form
  4. The following information is required for this change: 
    1. Merchant ID (found in your CardPointe account)
    2. New signors information (SSN/DOB)
  5. Complete the form and upload it to the ticket
  6. The process usually takes 1 week to complete - if it takes longer than that, please contact for further support
