To do access the Rental Overview Report, follow these steps:

  1. Head over to the Reports section of ServiceCore
  2. Under "Standard Reporting," click "Rental Overview Report"

About Rental Overview Report Filters

The Rental Overview Report offers a range of filters to help you narrow down and view specific data:

  1. Rental Status: Filter by rental statuses such as:

    • All
    • Completed
    • Scheduled
    • In Progress


  2. Rental Begin Date: Filter by the start date of a rental. The options for date filtering can vary based on your selection. Read more about date filtering on reports here.

  3. Rental End Date: Filter by the end date of a rental.

  4. Rental #: Search and filter results by specific rental numbers

  5. Customer: Filter results based on specific customers.

  6. PO Number: Filter results by specific Purchase Order numbers added to rentals in the system.

  7. Repeat Jobs: Filter rentals based on repeat jobs:

    1. All: View all rentals, irrespective of repeat jobs.
    2. Yes: View rentals that have repeat jobs.
    3. No: View rentals without repeat jobs.
  8. Recurring Invoice: Filter rentals based on the presence of a recurring invoice template:

    • Yes: View rentals with recurring invoice templates.
    • No: View rentals without recurring invoice templates.
  9. Autopay: Filter rentals based on their autopay status:

    • Yes: View rentals enabled for autopay.
    • No: View rentals not enabled for autopay.
  10. Product: Filter results by specific products.
