Price Book Report

For our valued users utilizing price books, we have a new report tailored just for you! This report provides a breakdown of your price books, categorized by service and customer, allowing for a detailed comparison between the listed price book rates and the original service rates.

Extended Expiration Date Year for Credit Card Refunds

With this release, we've extended the Expiration Date Year field to be up to the year 2034 when processing refunds for customers through credit card processors.

Invoice PDF Rate Precision

We've made a small but important change! Now, when you look at the rate field on your invoice PDFs, it will show the exact decimal points as they appear in ServiceCore, instead of rounding it off to two decimal points like before.

• Trouble Accessing Customer Tab: We have resolved an issue that was causing the "Customers" tab to be inconsistently available, frequently giving a loading wheel and not presenting any information.
