CloverConnect - How to Create a Support Ticket in CardPointe

How to Create a Support Ticket in CardPointe

  1.  After logging into CardPointe - navigate to the support section of CardPointe
  2. Support tickets can be created by CloverConnect -  if you call them on 877-828-0720, or you can create one yourself
  3. Click on the create ticket button
  4. Choose the reason for creating the ticket
    1. Bank Account changes
    2. Card declines
    3. DBA/Legal Entity change 
    4. PCI support
  5. From here you'll be prompted based on what you chose above.

Tickets usually get responded to within 48 hours, and are generally resolved within a week.
