Whether your business structure has evolved, and you need to update your account details accordingly or you've undergone a merger or acquisition, we're here to assist you in making this transition smooth and simple.
To get started you will need to download the legal entity change form and submit a support ticket. If you’re unsure of how to submit a support ticket please refer to this guide.
Please note the following information is required for a legal entity change:
- New Tax ID
- Signed form by the account owner
Once you’ve submitted your support ticket with the completed legal entity change form, this process usually takes one week to complete.
