Whether you're looking to transfer account ownership due to a change in business structure or simply need to update the primary account holder, this guide will walk you through the process.
To get started you will need to download the ownership change form and submit a support ticket. If you’re unsure of how to submit a support ticket please refer to this guide.
Please note the following information is required for a legal entity change:
- Merchant ID (found in your CardPointe account)
- New signers information (SSN/DOB)
Once you’ve submitted your support ticket with the completed ownership change form, this process usually takes one week to complete.
