01/25/2024 - New Role: Assistant Manager and Fixes

New Role: Assistant Manager

With this release, we created a new role in ServiceCore. The new role is called "Assistant Manager" and will sit between the Tech-Billing and Manager roles in terms of permissions (what users can/cannot do throughout the application). The Assistant Manager has many of the same functionalities as the Manager role, but with more restrictions. The role will not be able to export, delete, or void. Additionally, this role will not have access to view reports.

Fixes

  • Email activity report missing invoice records: We resolved an issue where some invoice records were missing from the Email Activity Report.
  • Mobile App - Unable to add new Inventory to a Product: We resolved an issue that caused an error message to be displayed and a serial number not created when adding inventory via the mobile app.
