Update to the Technician Role

In our latest update, we've refined the Technician role for improved security and focus. Previously, users assigned the Technician role had the ability to view the complete customer list. To enhance privacy and streamline the user experience, we've modified this access. Now, Technicians attempting to visit the 'Customers' page will instead be redirected to the homepage. This change ensures that Technicians have access only to the information essential to their tasks.


  • Price Books not listing correctly on customer details page: We resolved an issue where Price Books were inconsistently listing on the "Customer Details" page.
