Updates to Assistant Manager

With this release, the Assistant Manager role will now be able to view job history and end jobs.

Fixes

Email Activity Report: We resolved an issue related to the email activity report that resulted in the report being disabled.

Emailed Status Not Set for Invoices Sent via End Rental: We have fixed an issue with the email status displaying "Not Sent" for invoices created and emailed via the End Rental Billing workflow. The sent status will now be displayed for invoice emails created through this workflow. 

Above Max Amount Error: We resolved and error when some customers were attempting to create a partial refund, they were greeted with an "Above max amount" error.
