The ServiceCore Pro Plan enhances your reporting capabilities, allowing you to create personalized copies of existing reports. This article walks you through the simple process of copying a report, enabling further customization or scheduling.
Before You Start
- Availability: The Copy Report feature is exclusive to ServiceCore Pro Plan subscribers.
- User Visibility: Only the user who created a copied report can view it. To share a copied report with others, consider scheduling the report for automatic distribution.
- Permissions: Users must have roles with access to reporting features to use the Copy Report functionality.
Copying a Report: A Step-by-Step Guide
To copy a report, follow these steps:
- Locate the Copy Report Icon: If your company is subscribed to the ServiceCore Pro Package, you will find the "Copy Report" icon next to each report in the list. Click this icon to initiate the copying process.
- Rename Your Report: Upon clicking the "Copy Report" icon, you'll be prompted to rename the report. Choose a name that reflects the report’s purpose or the customizations you plan to apply.
- Access Your Copied Report: The copied report will now appear in the "My Reports" section, ready for any edits or customizations you wish to make.
- Manage Copied Reports: Within "My Reports," you have the option to further rename or delete any report. Simply click on the trash can icon to delete a report or the edit icon to rename it.
