Group Reports by Function

In this release, we've enhanced the Reports page to display standard reports based on user roles, ensuring that each function has access to reports relevant to their responsibilities. The reports are now categorized as follows:


  • Aging Report
  • Deposit Report
  • Monthly AR Balance
  • Net Sales
  • Payment Report
  • Sales by Tax Code

Customer Service & Sales

  • Credit Cards by Customer
  • Customer Status Report
  • Line Item by Class
  • Line Item Report
  • Price Book
  • Sales by Customer


  • Inventory Aging Report
  • Job Data Report
  • Job Report
  • Rental Overview Report


  • Inventory History
  • Planned Route Report
  • Production Tracking by Driver
  • Site Overview Report
  • Volume by Job Type


Please note that Log Reports and Pro Reports (available for users on the Pro Plan) have remained in their original locations and have not been affected by these changes.


Powered by ServiceCore on Customer Portal Emails

With this release, we've enhanced all customer portal-related emails by including the 'Powered By ServiceCore' branding. This addition ensures clarity and reinforces our commitment to providing top-notch service with every interaction.

Streamlined Job/Rental Access for Completed Portal Requests

In this release, we've introduced a valuable enhancement to portal requests flagged as Complete. Now, these requests include a direct link to the corresponding job or rental, streamlining accessibility and simplifying tracking of request outcomes.

Mobile - Barcode Scanner Issues (Update available on 4/26): With the latest version of the mobile app, we have resolved a number of issues related to the barcode scanner in the mobile app. These fixes include error messages being displayed, displaying Unknown Serial number on service jobs, and serial numbers being "lost".

Users able to change customers on invoices: We resolved an issue where users were able to change customers when editing invoices.
