    • In ServiceCore:
      • Navigate to Customers > Customer Details > Sites tab.
      • Select the desired site to access its details.
      • Click on the Contacts tab.
      • Enable Portal Access toggle for the respective contact.
    • In Customer Portal:
      • Go to Settings > Sites & Contacts > View Site Details.
      • Locate the Site Contacts section.

By enabling Customer Portal access for Site Contacts, you can further extend the functionality of the portal while providing a more comprehensive service experience for all stakeholders involved.

Settings - Proration Copy Update

With this release, we have update the copy for two Proration settings under rentals to more explicitly call out their functionality.

We renamed the Advanced Proration (Lookback Billing) setting, "Should rental rates prorate automatically for units and service jobs added mid-billing cycle?" and updated the copy to reflect invoices will display prorated line items for rentals and serviced added during the billing-cycle.

We updated the copy for "Should rental rates prorate automatically on pick-up jobs?" to more explicitly reflect that a selection of "Yes" invoices will display prorated line items for rentals and services picked up/ended/removed during the billing-cycle. We have also removed an inaccurate reference to credit memo creation.
