Updates to the Record Payment Page

With this release, we have enhanced the Record Payment page to improve the process of recording credit/debit card payments.

  • Auto-Detection of Card Type:
    • Previously: Users had to manually select the card type (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) from the Payment Method dropdown.
    • Now: Users will select “Credit/Debit” from the Payment Method dropdown. The system will automatically detect and display the card type when a new card is added.
  • New Credit/Debit Card Addition:
    • Users can add a new credit/debit card, and the system will automatically detect and classify the card type.
  • Existing Card Selection:
    • Users can now easily select an existing credit/debit card without needing to manually specify the card type.
    • This update streamlines the payment recording process, making it faster and reducing the chance of errors.
