09/05/2024 - Estimates: Add New Customers, Sites, and Surcharges, Route KPI Updates, Mini Aging on Statements, Multi-Site Invoice Improvements, Copy All to Classes, Display Default Payment Badge on Customer Page, and Fixes

Add Customers and Sites Directly from the Estimates Page

With this release, we've streamlined the estimate creation process by allowing you to add new customers and sites directly from the estimates page. This enhancement simplifies filling out the required fields on the estimate form, making it quicker and more convenient to generate accurate estimates. Add Surcharges to Estimates

With this release, we've added the ability to add surcharges directly to your estimates. This enhancement will help provide a more accurate and comprehensive cost estimate for your customers by including any applicable surcharges right from the start.

This update is designed to simplify the estimating process and ensure that your quotes are as precise as possible, saving you time and reducing the need for manual adjustments later.

Route KPI Updates

With this release, we have added the total number of Stops (jobs and destinations) on a Driver's Route and count of Exchange jobs on the Route to the Route KPIs on the Day and List view of the Schedule. This will provide Dispatchers with a better understanding of the workload of each Driver.

NEW View Options Menu on Schedule

With this release, we have introduced a new View Options menu on the Schedule that will now be the home to check boxes that displayed at the bottom of the Filters pop-up including "Show Destinations" and "Hide Drivers with No Jobs".

We have also moved the "Show Inactive Job Types" into the Jobs section of the filters menu. We moved this checkbox within the Jobs section as it updates the fields that populate within the Jobs accordion.  Screenshot 2024-09-05 at 1.43.20 PM.png


Show/Hide Mini Aging on Statements

With this release, we're excited to announce an additional feature to Statements. Now, you'll be able to choose whether you'd like to show or hide the mini aging on all of your Statements. To enable/disable this feature, navigate to Settings > Company > Preferences then scroll down to the 'Mini Aging Report (Optional)' section.

Ability to Remove Invoice from Multi-Site Invoice (Batch Billing)

With this release, we're excited to announce an improvement to the batch billing workflow for Multi-Site Invoices. Now, when you batch bill multi-site invoice, you're able to remove an invoice contained on the Multi-Site from the pending transactions page. The removed invoice will return to the list of recurring invoices to be edited, deleted, etc.

Billing Group Displayed in Multi-Site Invoice Tables and Details

Now you'll be able to view the Billing Group name in the Multi-Site Invoice Tables and on the Multi-Site details (View) page. Additionally, you'll be able to sort by and search by Billing Group in the Multi-Site Invoice Tables!

Copy All to Classes (Transactions)

With this update, we have reintroduced a new and improved experience when applying classes to all on line items within transaction forms (ex. Invoice) for services and surcharges. The following updates have been made:

  • The ‘Copy All’ to class has been added to the Action column when creating/editing a transaction form.
  • You can now choose which class to copy to all, previously it had to be the first class in the list
  • You can also remove all classes by ‘copying’ an empty class field


Display default badge for payment method on customer detail pages

On the Customer's Detail page, when a credit card on file or ACH is selected to be a default for auto-pay, a badge is now being displayed indicating such.

PDF Updates (Invoices, Credit Memos, Refunds & Estimates)

With this release, we've updated the layout of our PDF invoices, credit memos, refunds and estimates. For more information on the changes, check out This Article.

Menu Tab Visual Improvement

With this release, we’ve updated the design of our menu tabs across the entire application! The new look provides a cleaner, more streamlined appearance, making navigation easier and improving the overall user experience. Enjoy a more visually appealing interface as you move through your daily tasks.

Fixes

Driver ETA text sends when Job is Updated or Started - With this release, we have fixed an issue that caused the Driver ETA to resend then the job was started or updated. The ETA text will only send when a driver presses the "Send ETA text" button in the mobile app.

Ten character searches for sites are returning 0 results - We resolved an issue when searching for sites with 10 or more characters, it would return 0 results.

KPI Badges Not Visible for Users with Manager Permissions - We resolved an issue where the KPI badges on the Customer Details and Customer Accounting pages were not visible to Managers.

Delivery jobs completed after a certain time starts recurring invoice the next day: We resolved and issue related to time zones, where recurring invoices would start the next day, depending upon when a job was completed.
