10/17/2024 - New Multi-Site Invoice PDF Option, Day of Week displayed with Date on Schedule & Fixes

New Multi-Site Invoice PDF Option!

With this release, we've introduced a new streamlined multi-site invoice PDF. With this PDF option, we've removed the individual invoice numbers on the multi-site invoice, and only display the multi-site invoice number. Additionally, we removed some redundant fields like invoice date and terms.

To provide the most flexibility based on your customer's needs, we added this setting to the Billing Group. When the setting is turned on, any multi-site invoice PDF generated via batch billing or manually printed, will be in the new streamlined format.

To enable, navigate to a Customer > Billing Group. Then click on 'Yes' in the Print Multi-Site Invoice with Single Invoice Number section, and save. Now, any multi-site invoices with that billing group will print the streamlined Multi-Site Invoice PDF!

Day of Week Displayed with Date on Schedule

With this release, we have added the 3-letter day of week abbreviation to the date on the daily schedule view (Map, Day, and List). We have also removed the Calendar Icon that you would click on to launch the date picker, now to launch the date picker you will simply click on today's date. The removal of the Calendar Icon has also been applied to the weekly views of the Schedule.

These changes are reflected on the Schedule Suggestion tool as well. 

 


Fixes

Remove All invoice button within batch billing is unresponsive or doesn't actually remove all : We resolved an issue when trying to remove all invoices from a large batch during batch billing. Now, when clicking on 'remove all', all Invoices will be removed from preview and added back in the ready to invoice pool.

Edit Invoice link inaccessible via the "Jobs" tab on a Site page: We resolved an issue where editing an invoice via the Jobs tab on a Site page would result in a 'Page Not Found' error.

Yard & Inventory Items Deselected Themselves When Editing Delivery Job: We resolved an issue that caused the selected Yard and Inventory to be removed from a Delivery Job when editing the Delivery.
