The items mentioned below will be available on or after October 28, 2024. To see these new features, please perform a hard refresh in your browser and update your mobile app to the latest version (9.4.33). Here's how to Get the Latest Version of ServiceCore.

Updates to the Statement PDFs (Summary & Detail)

With this release, you'll notice an updated look and feel to the Statement PDFs (Detail and Summary) to align with the style of the other transaction PDFs (Invoice, Refund, etc). These updates were to make pertinent information (like the open balance) more clear to your customer and allow for new features coming soon, like the ability to display unapplied credits on the Statement!

Visual Indication of Notes and/or Attachments in the Job Cards on the Homepage

Ability to get directions to individual units from the Job Details

When you are on the job details page for a job that has itemized inventory that already has GPS coordinates, when you tap on the > like you would to update the status of a unit you will now have the ability to get driving directions to that unit. Tapping "Get Directions" will allow you to select to get directions from Google Maps or Apple Maps (like elsewhere in the app).

For iOS (iPhone/iPad) users: We strongly suggest you get directions to specific units from Google Maps. Apple Maps does not always route to GPS coordinates, but attempts to find the "best" address near those coordinates. If you select to get directions from Apple Maps, we will display a message asking you to confirm that you understand ServiceCore can not guarantee you will get directions to the correct location. By pressing "Open" you can get directions from Apple Maps.

Fixes

Line Item totals are showing as $0: We fixed a display issue where it would appear that the line item totals were $0. This was only a display issue and the correct line item total was captured.
