Customer Portal Phase 2: Updated Make a Payment Page

With this release, we're excited to announce Phase 2 of the Customer Portal, part of the ServiceCore Pro Plan! This highly anticipated update brings a host of new features to improve the billing and payment experience for your customers. We've listened to your feedback, and with this release, we're delivering tools that make it easier for your customers to manage their accounts and stay on top of their payments. Here's what's new: 

  • Account Overview: Customers can now view important account details, including their overdue balance and total balance due, all in one convenient place.

  • Pay by Invoice: Customers can choose to pay specific invoices, whether they are single-site or multi-site invoices, giving them more flexibility in managing their payments.

  • Saved Payment Methods: Customers can now pay with previously saved debit/credit cards or ACH transfers, making repeat payments quicker and more convenient.

  • ACH Payment Option: In addition to credit and debit card payments, customers can now pay via ACH transfer, providing a secure, cost-effective alternative for larger transactions.

  • Save Payment Methods for Future Use: When customers save a payment method, it will automatically update in ServiceCore, making future transactions smoother for both you and your customers.

  • Invoice Downloads: Customers can now download PDF copies of invoices directly from the portal for easy record-keeping.

Multi-Yard Inventory - Route Optimization Breaks Job Yard Relationship: We have resolved an issue for users of Multi-Yard Inventory that caused Yards and Destinations to be merged during Route optimization that would lead to the job coming a destination during optimization.
