Enhanced Site Search with Quick Actions for Rentals and Jobs

With this release, we've added new action buttons to the Site search results to streamline workflows and reduce unnecessary clicks. Deactivate and Reactivate Products and Services in Customer Portal

With this release, for customers with Pro Plan, you can now easily manage which products and services are visible to your customers in the Customer Portal. Here's an overview of the changes:

  • Status Column: When you navigate to Settings > Customer Portal > Products or Services tab, you'll now see a Status column that indicates if a product or services is being displayed to your customers.
    • Active means the product/service is visible in the portal.
    • Inactive means it is hidden from the portal but remains in your list for reference.
  • Edit and Toggle Visibility:
    • Select the edit icon in the Actions column to adjust visibility.
    • Use the toggle labeled Show product (or service) in customer portal?
    • When toggled off and saved, the product/service will be hidden in the portal but still visible on any existing service requests. It will display as inactive in the list.
    • When toggled on and saved, the product/service will be displayed in the portal and shown as Active in the list.
  • Increased List Capacity: You can now view up to 100 products or services in the list, an improvement from the previous limit of 10.
