Support Timeline for TAC
- November 22, 2024: We will end support for TAC except for critical issues, such as system-wide outages. Standard support requests will no longer be handled.
- January 1st, 2025: TAC will enter Read-only Mode. You will not be able to edit or create new data, invoices, or routes. Reports will remain accessible and filterable, and route sheet printing will still be available. Online and tablet support will be disabled.
- April 2025: Only Data Export & Migration services will be available for TAC.
