Batch Billing Improvements

We’ve made updates to how batch billing is processed to improve performance and reliability. Here’s what’s changing:

• Large invoice batches (100+ invoices) will now be split into smaller batches of 100 invoices.
• The back-end will process these smaller batches simultaneously, which should speed up processing and increase completion rates.
• You’ll now receive emails for each batch of 100 invoices instead of one set of emails for the entire batch.

Email Impact:

For each batch of 100 invoices, you may receive:

• One email for print invoice PDFs.
• One email for email invoice confirmations.
• One email for autopay confirmations.

If you’re processing a large batch of invoices, you could receive 3 emails per batch.
This change helps ensure invoices are processed and delivered more efficiently. 

Update to Bulk Reassign Message

We have made an update to the pop-up message that communicates the status of bulk reassign on the schedule to communicate that the reassign is being process versus saying it is completed. 

Fixes

Create and Edit Disregards User Inventory Selection: We have fixed a bug where when creating or editing service jobs, changes to the total units serviced do not save. These changes will be now be reflected on service jobs.
