Bulk Reassign Performance Improvements
We have made a few updates under the hood to how the job series are updated when using bulk reassign or the Lasso Tool on the Schedule. You should see decreased time for bulk reassigns to be completed.
Remove ability to disable Multi-Yard Inventory
With this release, we have removed the ability for you to disable Multi-Yard Inventory once it has been enabled. We have done this because disabling Multi-Yard Inventory can lead to inaccurate inventory information. If you need to disable to disable Multi-Yard Inventory please reach out to Support and we will work with you to ensure there are no issues when disabling Multi-Yard.
Fixes
Data Validation Errors in Payment Information Update: With this release, we’ve resolved an issue where ServiceCore customers were unable to save their payment information in Settings > Billing due to data validation errors. Previously, fields like Billing Address, Billing City, and Billing Zip required input but failed validation even when correctly populated. You can now successfully update and save cutsomer payment information without encountering these errors.
Unable to Edit or Save Processed Payments Due to Payment Date Error: With this release, we’ve resolved an issue where users were unable to edit or save processed payments due to a payment date error. Previously, when attempting to edit processed payments, an error message, “Cannot modify payment date of processed payments,” was displayed even though the payment date was not editable by default. This error prevented users from making any changes to processed payments.
With this fix, users can now edit and save processed payments without encountering unnecessary error messages.
Mobile App version 9.4.36 : We have improved the handling of the app when Jobs data is slow to load due to lower levels of connectivity.
