Turn On company Grids - Everyone uses same grid setting
- Configure your grids they way you want them
- Go to to admin\user setting
- Check box use company tool bar
- Click save
Now everyone else who selects this option will use the same grid. Everyone changes are used on all users
Manage Toolbar
- Now on any form missing tools left click on tool bar and select control
- Left click on icons in middle tab and drag and drop on tool bar
- Add and delete as needed
- Click close
- Click hammer tool and click on save tool bar
Everyone who has selected this option will now use one set of grids
