Invoice Number Update: This feature is for our QuickBooks sync users only. We will now show the invoice number from QuickBooks instead of our ServiceCore generated invoice number. This will allow easier invoice and payment comparison between ServiceCore and your QuickBooks account.
New Filters for Rentals: On the rental page, there's now a filter that lets you look for specific rentals using date ranges for rental start and end dates. This allows you for example to find all new or closed rentals for a specific month.
Edit Service Reminders: You can now edit any service reminder! Find service reminders per customer or through the reports and simply update any information.
Customer Job Tab: On the customer detail page, in the job tab, you can now easily view more job details. Especially when you use the "plus" icon, you will be able to view more detailed job and invoice information without having to leave the screen.
Aging Report: The pagination for the aging report has been removed, this allows you to easier apply filters and see an overview of your totals and data.
New Smart Banner: If you are using ServiceCore on a mobile device but with a browser, you will now see a friendly reminder that you can also download our new and improved ServiceCore app.
