Job Attachments for Invoices:
When creating an invoice, you can now easily preview and attach any job files. Simply open up the invoice overlay on the right and find the jobs related to the customer and service location. You can preview any additional job information by clicking the "More Details" link. Once you are sure that you want to associate the job to the invoice, click the "Add" button. Then a window will open up to chose attachments, once confirmed the job is associated to the invoice and files are attached to the invoice.
Custom Site Types:
Sites used to be categorized by only the following options: Residential, Commercial, and Government. Now you can add your own site types and manage them from the company settings "Custom Fields" tab. More reports for site types will be released soon.
Company Settings Update:
We have reorganized the company settings options and their sub-menus. Please see in the below image a drawing of the new layout and all its menu items.
Inventory Category Filters:
Now that you can categorize your inventory, we added a filter above the inventory table for when you view the data in the settings as well as when you create a new rental.
Customer Number on Site Details:
We added the customer number underneath the "Customer" tab on the site details page for easier identification when assigning customers to sites.
