1. Find the rental and open it

3. Click the blue number link under "quantity"
4. View pop up with serials listed
How are item serials associated to a rental?
They are selected in the delivery job completion notes by the technician.
Can I still view this after the items have been picked up?

No. The product must be itemized and the items must be selected on the delivery job.
I followed these steps and the pop said that there are no serialized items associated with the delivery job. why?
It is possible that the item serials were not selected in the job completion notes. You can add which serials were delivered to the site by editing the job completion notes and selecting the appropriate item serial numbers.
