Show Me How

For step-by-step, in-app help adding a customer, follow these steps:

  1. Login to your ServiceCore account
  2. Then, click on this link: Add Users

Follow the steps in the sections below:

Add a ServiceCore user

  1. Navigate to Settings
  2. Open the user tab
  3. Click "Add User"
  4. Enter the User's First Name and Last Name
  5. Check the box next to show on schedule if the user is a driver or a technician who completes jobs
  6. Select an appropriate permission level (if you need help choosing a permission click the blue "permission level link" on the user creation page for more info)
  7. Enter a unique email (this will be their log in username)
  8. Save
  9. The user will receive an email to set their password. If you are an you can also set their password by navigating to the user tab, clicking on the user's name and entering a password of the user. 

Manage an existing user

  1. Navigate to Settings
  2. Open the user tab
  3. Click on the down arrow next to the view user button
  4. To deactivate the user click deactivate user (this will prompt you to reschedule their open jobs to another user)
  5. To edit the user information or take them off of the schedule
  6. Click edit user
  7. Edit information on the edit user page and save.
