Create an Invoice for Multiple Jobs

To create an invoice for multiple jobs, simply add the jobs from the right hand side menu.

  1. Open the right hand menu by clicking the arrow
  2. Use the filters to select specific dates or job status
  3. Add the job to the invoice using the "Add" button
  4. Repeat for all the jobs you would like to add to the invoice
  5. Fill out the rest of the fields on the form
  6. If you have surcharges created in your company settings you will see a section on invoices called Surcharges
  7. You can add surcharges to invoices by using the search box
  8. Percentage surcharges will be automatically calculated on the Invoice Subtotal on all invoice
