The following new features and improvements will be available in ServiceCore on or after August 22, 2019.
New
Confirmation Emails
Scheduled Jobs
You can now send appointment confirmation emails to your customers when you create and schedule a job. The confirmation email will display:
- Your company logo
- Appointment date
- Service type
- Job site address
- Technician name (if assigned) and photo (if available)
- Your contact information
Options when sending an email include:
- Ability to send to multiple email addresses
- Also, the ability to re-send the confirmation at any time

Completed Jobs
You can also send an email to your customers from your ServiceCore website account once jobs have been completed. The confirmation email will display:
- Your company logo
- Job completion date
- Service type
- Job site address
- Technician name (if assigned) and photo (if available)
- Your contact information
Please note, the ability to send emails to customers upon job completion using the mobile app is a feature we're currently working on and will be available in the near future.

Attachments Loading Spinner
When uploading attachments, there is no visual indication on the screen that the uploading process is happening. Now you will see a loading spinner while files are being uploaded.
Fixed
- The filter by for "Division" is now working correctly on the Detailed Sales Report
- When you sort invoices and credit memos on the Record Payment form, you will no longer see an error message
- When viewing a list of jobs in a table layout, when a job already has an open invoice, you will now see the last invoice total that was related to the job
- Dollar amount totals for Unpaid and Overdue invoices on the customer accounting tab are now updating correctly
