Can I rename inventory products if they are currently out on jobs scheduled in routes?
Yes. You can rename your inventory products at any time. Bear in mind that these changes to inventory names happen immediately. Any changes to names of products or inventory will appear on the mobile app for your technicians, as well as for any back office staff using the website version of ServiceCore.
For users of the mobile app, please also make sure they download the latest version of your inventory, by following these steps:
- Login to the ServiceCore mobile app
- Tap on Inventory
- Tap the 3 vertical dots in the upper right corner
- Tap Download Inventory
- Tap Download Now in the pop-up that appears
- Wait while your inventory downloads
