The following improvements will be available in ServiceCore on or after April 16, 2020.
Improved
- QuickBooks Online Automated Sales Tax: We have turned off all data imports from QuickBooks Online into ServiceCore. This means that any changes made in your QuickBooks online account will not sync back into ServiceCore. All necessary transaction changes will need to be made in your ServiceCore account. Read more in our support article.
- Filters for the Inventory Availability Table: We have updated the "Inventory Availability Table" with the Itemized and category filters.
- Updated Aging Report: The aging report is now displaying the actual customer name and the export to CSV will now export all columns as shown on the report.
Fixed
- Delivery or Pickup Jobs were Showing Wrong Quantity: We have fixed the issue of showing the wrong quantity on the schedule for second delivery or pickup jobs.
Coming Soon
- QuickBooks Online New Import/Export: We have turned off all data imports from QuickBooks Online into ServiceCore. Read more in our support article. But we are working on getting the instant export and import sync working for the following data: customers, sites, chart of accounts, services, class, payment term, tax code, and tax agency.
- Improved Rental Rates: Adding rental rates is getting easier! Coming soon, when you visit a rental details page, or view an invoice for a rental, you will see a new section called "Rental rates". This section will allow you to add, remove, and edit rental rates for your rentals. Read more in our coming soon article.
- Billing Plan Tab: Soon you will be able to see which billing plan you are subscribed to in your account Settings section, and be able to manage the credit card for your subscription from within ServiceCore.
