Filter and Manage Jobs List
For larger customers, or customers that you have been working with a while, the jobs listed in the Jobs tab might be lengthy. There are several options to filter the list and focus on the job(s) you are looking for.
Filter by Site
Clicking into the “Filter by Site” field to search and select a specific customer Site. The Jobs list will update to display only jobs associated with that Site.
Filter by Date Range
Use the From and To date fields to create a date range. The list will update to show only jobs for that timeframe.
Sort By
Use the Sort by drop-down to organize the list. By default, jobs are sorted by Schedule Date, but you can also sort by Completion Date or Job Number.
Use the AZ button to toggle between ascending and descending order.
Filter
Click “Filter” to refine the jobs list by:
- Division
- Status
- Job Type
- Scheduling Type
- Billable
- Users
- Invoiced
- Hide service jobs
After making your selections, click “Close” to apply the filter(s) to your jobs list. If you would like to reset your Filter, just click “Clear.”
Condense Repeat Jobs
By default, this Condense Repeat Jobs is selected. This prevents the Jobs list from displaying every instance of a repeat job individually. However, you can uncheck this box to see every job for the customer, including all individual records of repeat jobs.
View All Jobs in a Repeat Series
Repeat jobs include a link located under the header “Repeat.” Click the link to open a window displaying all jobs associated with that repeat series. This allows you to review the entire schedule of a repeat job series.
Job Status Labels
Each job listed in the Jobs tab includes a status label that clearly indicates the current state of the job (e.g., Scheduled, Done, Partial Service, or Unable to Service).
These labels allow you to quickly identify the progress of each job without opening it.
