Roundtrip Repeat Job Routes
You will now be able to set the start and end points on repeat job routes. This allows you to create roundtrip repeat job routes. For example, if all routes start and end at your home office or yard, save yourself the extra time and hassle of having to add the end point manually each day from the schedule. Set the start and end points once in settings, and gain a few minutes back in your day.
Options for starting points include:
- One of your frequent destinations
- The First Address on the route
Options for end points include:
- One of your frequent destinations
- The Last Address on the route
- Any Address on the route

Improved
Mobile Photos
When your drivers or technicians take photos during job completion, the images will now be immediately uploaded to the ServiceCore servers. This means that photos will show up more quickly on the ServiceCore web app, so your in-office staff members can view them right away. This also means that if your driver leaves the job completion screen, their phone goes to sleep, or a call comes in while they are completing a job, the photo won't be lost.
If your phone is offline when the picture is taken (out of cell phone data or wi-fi coverage) the photo will still get saved. Then, once the mobile app has reception again, your driver or technician can upload the photo at that time.
Note: This update will be available as soon as your device prompts you to download the latest version of the ServiceCore Mobile App, or it will happen automatically if you have automatic updates enabled on your device.

Inventory Map and Availability Tabs
The current inventory map and inventory availability screens have been moved into tabs in settings. This means that you will have more room on screen to see what's in each tab, especially if you have a small monitor. To see these new tabs, visit the following pages:

- QuickBooks Online Tax Rates: An issue has been resolved where the invoice total was sometimes different in ServiceCore and QuickBooks Online, if the invoice uses a combined tax rate.
