TAC Connection Issues - Remote Resource can't be reached

If you get an error message saying: “The remote resource can’t be reached. Check your connection and try again or ask your network administrator for help.”

Steps to resolve:

  1. Open "Remote Desktop Connection"
  2. Click "Show Options"
  3. Go to the "Advanced" tab 
  4. Under "Connect from anywhere" select "Settings"
  5. Select "Do not use an RD Gateway server"
  6. Click "OK"
  7. Click "Connect"
