Fixing missing data and payment processing issues

If you experience missing data or payment processing issues in TAC, follow this process.

  1. Open File Explorer
  2. mceclip1.png
  3. Go to "This PC"
  4. Choose your company "L:" drive
  5. mceclip2.png
  6. Open the file user-settings
    mceclip0.png

  7. Double click the file, follow the prompts and confirm
  8. mceclip4.png
  9. mceclip5.png
  10. mceclip6.png
  11. You should now be able to print, take payments etc.

Note: This is only needed to run once per user.
