Improved

• Dashboard Customer Search: When you use the customer search on the ServiceCore dashboard, the search results will now match what you see on the Customers page. This means that you'll have more options to sort and filter your search results. The new search results also offer the ability to Export to Excel directly from the search results page.
• Jobs Export: The Jobs Report export will now include a column for "Planned Duration (minutes)". You can use this information to compare "Planned" vs "Actual" duration of jobs.

Fixed

• Rental Service Jobs: We have fixed an issue where "NaN" was displaying on the schedule for rental service jobs instead of the actual quantity of inventory items for that job.

Pre-Release Program

ServiceCore's pre-release program provides you a direct line to members of our Product Team before new features go live in ServiceCore. If you join our research group, you'll be invited to interviews, usability studies, surveys and more. The input you provide is important to the product team and your feedback is central to improving ServiceCore on the web and mobile app.
