Void Payments

After you record a payment, ServiceCore now makes it easy to void the payment if needed. For example, if you need to void a payment because it needs to be zeroed out, or because the payment was refunded, you now have these options when voiding a payment.

Fixed

• Delivery Jobs: An issue has been fixed where you were unable to create a delivery job for inventory items if those items were being picked up (checking back into your inventory) on the same date.
• Rental Jobs: We have corrected an issue where inventory items were showing as unavailable if they were not on the first page of the inventory section when creating a new rental job.
• Batch Billing: We have updated the "Create & Send Invoices" button for Batch Billing to prevent double clicking on the button and creating two duplicate batches of invoices.
• Daily Repeat Jobs: We have also corrected an issue where repeat jobs created for daily intervals higher than one were not saving with the correct interval, and instead were being created for every day instead.

ServiceCore's pre-release program provides you a direct line to members of our Product Team before new features go live in ServiceCore. If you join our research group, you'll be invited to interviews, usability studies, surveys and more. The input you provide is important to the product team and your feedback is central to improving ServiceCore on the web and mobile app.
