Itemized Inventory List
You will now be able to view a single list of all itemized inventory in your account in settings. To access this list, please head to Settings > Inventory > Items to see this new inventory management feature. And coming soon you will be able to download this list as a .CSV file.
Search Itemized Inventory by Barcode Number
As part of our inventory management improvements, we've added the ability for you to search your itemized inventory by barcode number. To use this feature, head to either of these pages in ServiceCore and enter any full or partial barcode number into the search box on the page:
Void Payments for QuickBooks Desktop Users
For ServiceCore accounts that sync with QuickBooks Desktop, you will now be able to void payments from within ServiceCore, including payments processed through Authorize.net or CardConnect. For more information about this feature, visit our help article: Void a Payment.
Order takers, schedulers or dispatchers want to know when editing a repeat jobs might cause jobs in the series to be deleted. We've made it easier to know when this might happen by adding more information to the "Edit Repeat Job" popup. When you see this yellow message, it let's you know that jobs in the series might get deleted.
Rental Jobs Lists
Fun fact: each time you create a new repeat job series without an end date, ServiceCore creates 730 instances of that job! That's a lot of jobs to sort through in lists. To make it easier to see only the jobs happening in the near future, when you look at your list of jobs on a Rental Details Page, the date range will now be pre-filled with:
- "From" date of today's date
- "To" date of one month from today
Also, your repeat jobs will no longer be condensed all together when you first land on a rental details page. When the jobs are all condensed together, it's hard to understand the status of the latest job vs upcoming jobs in a repeat series. This new display format will show all jobs separately. At anytime you can re-condense the repeat jobs if you don't want to see them listed separately by clicking Filter By and checking the box for "Condense Repeat Jobs".
Payment History Logs
Payment history logs now display information for when a payment is submitted via the online payment form. To see the payment history log, at the bottom of any payment details page, click on "View Payment History".

Job Number and Dates on Invoice Line Item Descriptions
When you add a completed job to an invoice using the invoice sidebar, or coming straight from the "Ready for Invoice" tab, the description of any line items associated to that job will contain:
- Job Number
- Job Completion Date
- Service Description
- Invoice Attachments: We have resolved an error where the file size was not displaying on-screen for invoice attachments.
