The items mentioned below will be available for the ServiceCore Mobile App by manual update or automatic update (if enabled) on your mobile device, on or after December 2, 2021.

If you haven't done so already, download the ServiceCore Mobile App:

• Download on Google play (Android)
• Download on the App Store (Apple)

Once your device sends you an alert or message that a new version of ServiceCore is available to download, you will see the items below have been fixed.

Fixed

• Photos on Jobs: We have resolved an issue were images that were taken while on the "Complete Job Form" on the ServiceCore Mobile App were not being attached to jobs when the ServiceCore Mobile App was in offline mode.
• Disposal Sites: We have resolved an issue where disposal sites could not be selected on the complete job form if the ServiceCore Mobile App was in offline mode.
