The Job Data Report gives you a detailed record of every job your drivers have completed. It shows job status, type, assigned driver, associated site, completion time, unit quantity, notes, attached invoices, and more, all in one place.
Use this report to audit completed work, spot jobs that still need invoicing, and answer customer questions without digging through multiple pages. If your team schedules a high volume of jobs each day, the Job Data Report is the fastest way to get a clear picture of what got done and what still needs attention.
Before You Start
- To see if you have access to this feature in ServiceCore, please check out this article on user permission levels.

Details Table
The Details Table lists every job that matches your filters, one row per job. It gives you a wide view of what happened across your operation for your selected timeframe.
From the table you can see each job's status, number, type, assigned driver, scheduled date, and completion time. The table also shows unit quantity per job, completion notes left by your drivers, and whether a job has an attachment. This gives you a quick way to spot jobs that are missing documentation or still need follow-up.
Job numbers and rental numbers in the table are hyperlinked. Click any job number or rental number to open it directly without leaving the report.
Please Note: There are a lot of columns in this table. Scroll to the right to see all available information.
Because the table exports to Excel, many teams use it as the foundation for their own billing workflows, compliance records, or internal reporting outside of ServiceCore.
Sort the Job Data Report
After applying filters, you can further sort the data in each report table.
To sort the data in the table:
- Click the options icon next to the header.
- Select your sort preference or click the gear icon for additional options.
- Each column can be sorted either alphabetically A-Z or Z-A OR numerically ascending or descending. For instance, the Invoiced Customer Number column will sort numerically while the Customer Name column will sort alphabetically.
