Send Statements to Individual Customers by Print or Email

With a few simple clicks, you can quickly and easily send statements to customers who have invoices by using ServiceCore's sending feature for statements.

Send statements to your customers by email or print. It only takes a few minutes, and you'll be one step closer to collecting on the money you're owed each month.

In this article, you'll learn how to send statements to individual customers by email or print.

Before You Start

Here are some things to know before you begin this process.

  • You will need Manager, Admin or Owner level permission to send statements
  • Statements are available in two types:
    • Detail
    • Summary
  • To decide what statement type will work best for you, visit this article to learn more: About Statement Types
  • Statements can include invoices that are unpaid, overdue, paid, or void
  • Each statement includes a mini-aging report section at the bottom of the PDF showing Current, 1-30 Day, 31-60 Day, 61-90 Day, > 90 Day and Total Due balances for the customer
  • If you prefer to send statements in bulk, follow these steps: Send Statements in Bulk by Print or Email

How To Send Single Statements by Email or Print

To send statements by email or print, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the customer
  2. Click Accounting > Invoices tab in that customer's profile
  3. Use sort by, filter by, date range, and search options to narrow the list of invoices
  4. Select one or more invoices from the list
    1. Or check the Select All checkbox to choose all invoices on the page
  5. Continue to the next page(s) until you have selected all invoices you want to include on the statement
  6. To Email the Statement...
    1. Click Statement
    2. Click Email
    3. Choose the type of statement you want to send: Detail or Summary

    4. Ensure the correct email addresses are in the Email field
    5. Click Send Email
  7. To Print the Statement...
    1. Click Statement
    2. Click Print
    3. Choose the type of statement you want to send: Detail or Summary
    4. Download and save the PDF

That's it! You have just created and sent statements to your customers in a few clicks. Go get yourself a third cup of coffee.
