Need to make changes to an existing user in your ServiceCore account? Navigate to your User List to manage users as needed.
Before You Start
Before editing your users, please keep these things in mind:
- You must have Manager, Admin or Owner level permission to add or edit users.
- Managers can only edit users who have Tech or Tech-Billing permission levels.
- Admins cannot edit other users who have Admin or Owner Permission levels.
How to Edit Users
- Navigate to Settings
- Open the user tab
- Click on the down arrow next to the view user button
- Click edit user
- Edit information on the edit user page and save.
