Saving a customer's credit or debit card in their ServiceCore profile helps you get paid faster and makes payments more convenient.

Before You Start

How to Add a Credit or Debit Card to a Customer’s Profile

Follow these steps to save a customer's card on file:

  1. Search for your customer in ServiceCore.mceclip0.png
  2. Select the customer’s profile from the search results.mceclip1.png
  3. Click the Credit/Debit Cards tab.
  4. Click Add Credit/Debit Cardmceclip0.png
  5. Enter the card details.mceclip0.png
  6. Click Save

What Happens After You Save a Card?

  • The saved card will be available as a payment method when recording a payment for this customer.
  • If the customer is on recurring billing, you can enroll them in autopay.
