Entering the same information for jobs over and over is labor intensive. During busy season, every second counts. For special events that repeat year after year, no one wants to re-enter the same information if you already have the right job on file from last year.
In one click you can now make a copy of existing jobs. It's as easy as finding the original job and clicking "Copy Job."
Before You Start
Here are some things to know before you copy a job:
- You will need Manager, Admin or Owner level permission to copy jobs
- A job that is copied will have its own unique job number to differentiate it
- Clicking copy job will fill out the Create New Job form with details from the previous job, but you can still make modifications
