Reschedule a Job

If a customer called in asking to reschedule their service, or if you need to reroute a driver off a job they were already dispatched on, ServiceCore allows you to quickly move jobs around as needed.

In this article we'll walk through the steps to reschedule a job from the Schedule or from the Job Details page.

How to Reschedule a Job

You can reschedule a job by following these steps: 

From the Schedule

  1. Navigate to the Schedule
  2. Locate the job you need to reroute to a different driver
  3. Hover over the job you want to reroute
  4. Click on the Calendar icon that appears
  5. Change the Day of or Technician as neededmceclip1.png
  6. Send Confirmation Email (optional)
  7. Click Reschedule

From a Job Details Page

  1. Click on Actions
  2. Hover your cursor over Scheduling from the list of options that appearmceclip0.png
  3. Then click on Reschedule
  4. Change the Day of or Technician as neededmceclip1.png
  5. Send Confirmation Email (optional)
  6. Click Reschedule
