The Time & Distance Calculator in ServiceCore helps you quickly estimate the travel time and distance between two locations. Use it to plan efficient technician routes, estimate drive time between job sites, and support scheduling and dispatch decisions.
Before You Start
Here are a few things to know before you continue:
- The Time and Distance Calculator is available anywhere is ServiceCore.
- Have the start and end addresses ready.
- Results are estimates and may not reflect real-time traffic conditions.
Calculate Time and Distance Between Addresses

Click the "calculator" icon in the top-right corner.
- Enter the Start Address.
- Enter the End Address
- TIP: As you type, select an address from the autofill options to avoid entering the full address.

Click “Calculate.”
The Time and Distance will refresh automatically.
