Welcome to our knowledge base article, this guide goes over PCI Compliance and completing the survey.
All CloverConnect accounts are required to complete an annual PCI survey to make sure they are compliant with the payment industry security standards. The survey will be sent to you via email, from donotreply@cardpointe.com. This email will contain a link to the PCI survey. If you do not see this email, the survey can also be found in the security section of your CardPointe account.
How to Complete PCI Compliance
The survey can be completed online, but the easiest thing to do would be:
- Call Viking Cloud support at 877-257-0239
- Request the "fast track SAQ"
- The Viking Cloud rep will be able to help you through the process over the phone - usually taking no longer than 15 minutes
